I'm new here and like what I see. I live in Hutchinson ks and have been smoking for 10 years or so with pretty good luck. I bought a used brinkman charcoal smoker to learn on and have worn it out so am ready to upgrade to a new one. I've pretty much decided on a Yoder smoker because of the quality and it's made locally. I hope to learn quite a bit hear because everyone seems friendly and knowledgeable. I wish everyone a joyous holiday season and happy smoking and grilling.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from another rainy and chilly day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
