We're having some unusually cold weather(mid 30's) and I'm in the same boat tonight. Having to get started too early and smoke our Thanksgiving dinner. I'm getting cold just thinking about it now.

Get well soon!!!

I'm cheating today and I waited for the weather to warm into the 50's before I lit my WSM to smoke the rib tips I cut off some spareribs last night. I'll pay the price for volunteering to make the Thanksgiving dinner tonight(3am start) when I start the St. Louis and beef chuck ribs.

Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!!!

Looks great Richie.

If you want to cook really cold weather and save fuel, let me know. I use my mini in 0 and below temps

Right Righteous Ribs. Well done, Richie.

I am planning a smoke and it is only -15 C here. Real smokers smoke in the cold.
