Hi this is my first post I have a master built 30 inch digital that I just used for the first time. I smoked a whole chicken it came out good. I think a little too smoky I may have added too much wood chips. I cooked it at a temperature of 225 for about six hours and the chicken was about 6 pounds. Any feedback would be appreciated. I have some meat marinating for jerky that will be my second attempt.
