When you do pulled pork you gotta use a finishing sauce before serving
1cup h20

1tbs salt
1tbs sugar
1/4 cup hot sauce
1tsp red pepper
1 tsp white pepper

I froze this batch and when I heated it up I mixed in a jar of home made BBQ sauce, everyone loved it
