Good to be here, you all have been a great resource to me already, so thanks!!

I am an early 30's, white-collar stiff who likes to eat.

My wife and I live in Corona, CA, but my family's heritage is western WI.

As far as my current gear:  Weber Grill, Flip-flop chicken grill, and Bradley Digital smoker.
