Its that time again to look for a new pit. For some reason I have to keep changing it up. I just got a pitmaker vault in April of this year and it is by far my favorite cooker that I have had. Ran it at a comp this past weekend with a Guru and didnt move off of 230* from 8PM to 4:30AM when I jacked the temp up for ribs then. Held 250-255 until 2PM. I will try and get some picks for you soon. It is original version with the slide that I welded shut and converted to a ball valve just like the new models. I am looking at trading for an FEC 120. I heard some really great things about this cooker and thought I would give it a shot.
