Hello from Peoria Arizona. New to the site and excited to find all the great tips. I'm smoking on a 40" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and have tried ribs, salmon and a small turkey. Graduating to a 13 pound turkey for Thanksgiving. Any tips out there so I can impress the in-laws? Thanks much.
