Got the ole smoker fired up with a small port butt and some chicken legs to enjoy about mid way through to wet the smoke appetite. Marinaded overnight in mojo & cilantro. Simple seasoning, and cherry wood smoked for about 2 1/4-2 1/2 hours. Came out great. I'll update in a few hours after the pork is done.
