This is my first smoke. I decided to do boneless pork chops. In a nutshell, it was great. I have always enjoyed smoked food, but never smoked myself. That will change from now on. My smoker of choice was a Mini-WSM

Back to the smoke.
I used Stubb's briquettes and hickory chips for this smoke.
Chops sprinkled with some SPOG. Simple.
Going on the smoker.
Almost done.
And the finished product.
Overall, I am happy with the results. Great flavor. I didn't get any plate pics of the meal, which consisted of Mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, and baked beans. Looking forward to more smokes.
