So first of all Im Marco, Troy to my friends....Last year we bought a townhouse. The lender gave us a gift card for 500 at Lowe's.......I am at that beautiful age where the idea of grilling and watching a game on the weekend comes before riding to the pub to watch the game...I got a smoker the Mas arrives on Wednesday....yep I'm that guy that will try to do a turkey the next day......I got questions.


1.I noticed(after the fact) the chips I got say they are for gas and charcoal grills...chip suggestions please.

2. Seasoning suggestions?

3.I was told if you soak your chips you can add flavor to them, is this true?

4.suggestions for smoking pork for Pork Carnitas?
