Well had to get a new MES smoker. I really liked my older 40" with the oval glass door and wanted a new one that style but they were hard to find and the price difference was not great so I ended up getting a new 40" at SAMs. Starting to season it. So far I've made ribs, Scottish eggs, and some chicken breasts. The old one has been well used and going strong. Both will sit on the deck but the new one is going in a ceder house. The old smoker has had some problems but it is because it gets wet a lot since the cover sucks. The case is splitting apart a bit along the back the insulation is swelling up some and the new control is still having problems when it gets wet like shutting off random and getting confused when the remote buttons get pressed. But it is still working great. So starting over with a new one
