Wonderful, Disco! Gotta try that glase. SWMBO has tried to convince me that smoking season is over, but now I can point to you and say "See?!".
Whole racks of short ribs are a chore to get here, but the cut ones are readily available, and after doing a full rack once I think the cut ones would be just as good, especially after seeing yours! Heck of a ring for 3 hrs smoke!

Thanks, Bear. I am a short rib junkie. I loved them even before I started smoking and they are even better smoked. I appreciate the point.

Thanks for the point, SmokeyMose. As for SWMBO, just do what I do. tell her I am out of her way while I'm smoking! As for the ribs, I would love to get a rack too but the singles are all we get around here.

Those look great! I'm gonna have to try them. It's that time of the year for snow, we are getting our first snow Friday or so the weather man says lol. It won't keep me from smoking!

Love short ribs and those look tasty. Nice job on the sauce/glaze. It's very similar to a recipe I use to make Korean spares. Mine uses a little Thai chili paste as well. Thumbs Up

Am I right to assume you don't like short ribs as much as before? You only wrote "I love short ribs twice".
