Hello live just south of Indianapolis Indiana. Was given a brand new in box MES. The guy that I work with got it a couple years ago for Christmas and never opened it and just gave it away. Can't wait for Turkey Day!!!

The chips will burn out in about 1/2 hr.. Use dry chips

You may want to get a AMNPS from http://www.amazenproducts.com/default.asp

Check this group for more info on your smoker

Well it took me a bit to come back in to post. I did my turkey for Thanksgiving. The flavor was out of this world. I injected it with a stick of butter, 3/4 can of beer, Cajun seasoning, salt, and a bit of soy sauce. The only thing I didn't like was the skin turned into black rubber. Inside was juicy and perfect flavor.
