Smoked some hamburgers, this time I put a chunk of blue cheese in the middle.
- 2 pounds ground beef (80%-20%, or 85%-15%*)
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 whole, large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 pound sliced cheddar or jack cheese
Smoked at 250 for about an hour, so freaking good and easy to make.
