Happy to have found this forum! My wife and I started to make kielbasa this weekend using a recipe passed down from her Dad! Though this was our first time doing it independently, we bought brought years of experience as my wife started working with her Dad at age 5! She still can clean a pork butt with incredible efficiency! Marrying into the family gave me an in, and because I like to eat ,it was a natural fit!
I am hoping to glean valuable insight into smoking meats especially bear and veniso, two of my favourite pursuits! Cheers!

My wife worked with her Dad since she was 5 years old, boning out pork butts! I was incorporated into the operation when I married into the family! We have been i hiatus for many years and decided to rekindle the family tradition!:drool
