Newbie here and first time doing a pork butt.

So decided to join while I'm sitting here doing this over night cook. I'm sure I'll prolly end up doing something wrong lol. I've got a 7lb pork butt sitting in my kettle grill. Temp is sitting at about 215/220. Just a store bought rub. Apple wood chunks and using the snake method. Giving it a spray of apple cider fireball whiskey spray every once in a while. First off, welcome aboard!  Sounds like you off to a good start with that butt...but for some reason I can't see you pics  th_dunno-1[1].gif
