While I was defrosting my Meat Freezer, Mrs Bear decided to eliminate a Chuck Roast in her Crock Pot.
It came out quite tasty, slow cooked along with Taters & Carrots.
And the days after produced some Awesome “Hot Roast Beef Sammies with Gravy”.
It’s funny that when I was a Kid, a Hot Roast Beef Sammy with Gravy was my favorite Restaurant Dinner (That was all I ever ordered), and when my Son was a kid, that was his favorite too. That was always about the cheapest Dinner on the Menu too.
