Hi my name is Danny and I am a smoker. I'm a heavy smoker... in every sense of the word - I'm a heavy man and I like heavy smoke. I smoke on the grill, and I smoke with an electric smoker. My 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker gave up the ghost after many years and many great meals. A few weeks ago, I purchased a new 40" Masterbuilt electric smoker with the glass front and bluetooth, so I can control it with my smartphone without having to go outside (other than every 15 minutes putting wood chips in the thing - makes me want a Bradley). No, actually, I love my smoker, and even more, I love the meat I smoke - Steaks, brisket, pork loins and butts, hams, ribs, sausage, chicken, turkey, fish, and everything else I can think of to throw in the smoker.
I've been snooping around this forum for a long time, getting good advise on how to make my smoked meats even better. Thanks for a great forum!
