Got some paint to touch up but I'm pleased with the results.  You may notice that my drum ($53 reconditioned from ICS-Maryland formally known as Abby Drums) has multiple ribs top and bottom. This wasn't a deal killer for me. Also, I had to adjust the bottom vent cover to the area I had to work with.   I have two grill grates inside for storage but I can't wait to season and cook!!
 
Thanks for the response!! I haven't cooked anything and I love it already!  I went the route of purchasing my drum locally versus buying this as a complete kit including drum.  I wanted the DIY experience.  If I do this again, I'll do a "true" UDS black pipe and all
