Howdy from Abilene

Well I'm Rob, I am in Abilene, TX. Long time viewer of the SMF. I just made the jump from offset smokers to a pellet smoker. Have an amazing pellet maze. In fact have it going in an old gas grill, cold smoking some cheeses. Looking forward to my Treager getting here next week and making some snack sticks and jerky. Also have some belly curing for bacon and a butt curing for some buck board bacon.
