Thanks for having me

I live in New Hampshire.  As a retiree I have every day to play with my smokers and BBQs.  Currently I have a Traeger Lil Tex with cold smoker attached, a charcoal grill, a propane grill, my baby, a Master Built propane smoke box, and an Excalibur food dehydrator.  Just vacuum-packed 10 pounds of jerky.  In the past I have cured and smoked ham, bacon, and Canadian bacon.  Always interested in new ideas and listening to others describe their efforts.  Looking forward to meeting and sharing.

DougT, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and bringing that love of smoking protein with you.  If I'm ever in New Hampshire I know just where I'm going to stop and shake someone's hand!
