Newbie to Smoking and the forum. I thought I'd share my 3rd cook on my new smoker. I did a Tri-tip, Santa Maria style, last weekend.
I've never done a tri-tip. Looks like a good sammy there.
How'd it taste??
Thanks all. It's been the favorite out of all the cooks so far. We'll be doing this one again soon.
It was great, our favorite cook so far. I did a Santa Maria style rub with rosemary and oregano. 225 for 2 1/2 hours. Internal temp was around 145.
