Rubbed down the night before even though I usually just rub them right before putting them on the cooker.

Thrown on for 10:30

 After 3 hours

I've been experimenting with different ingredients when it comes time to foiling.

All 3 rack took the butter, (ran out of parkay) more rub, brown sugar, and the blue agave.

Back on for the next 2

Patience is a virtue... And this aids in the process.

After 2 hours wrapped they come out and go back on for the final hour...

Patiently waiting..............

I did forget to get a pic of the saucing while on the cooker...

Whipped up a batch of chicken wings as well.

My plate for the game.

The true test by the Mrs......

But she had the nerve to ask me where the vegetable was...

I told her there is pepper in the sauce...

Hope you enjoyed looking because I sure enjoyed making and eating...

Great thread. How did you do the chicken wings?

I thought beer was a vegetable.....

Hope your team won................
I didnt smoke the wings, I just broiled them to get them nice and crispy. It's how I have been doing them as of late.

Beer is always my vegetable of choice!

As far as the Broncos are concerned... They lost thanks to a late Manning interception and a cheap shot by one of our defensive backs. Thanks for lookin'!

Looks awesome but ummm where was my invite?
