Helo everyone great day for a TrikyBBQ. I got started smoking 4 years ago on a charbroil duel gas and charcoal from lowes. Then I got the side box for it and started smoking. This was all in northern Tennessee. Now in central Alabama I recently got a massive custom reverse flow smoker, so far I have only don't baby and spare ribs on. The ribs turned out perfect every time so far.
That's about it other then can't wait to do a whole hog.
