Hey everyone, After reading this for so long I finally actually got an account here. I'm relatively new to smoking. I have a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker I've owned for about a year. I've been really happy with all the results from it so far. And as an added bonus the wife has been happy too! Most of my smoking so far has been pork and chicken. Hopefully I'll get brave enough to try some beef soon.
 
Welcome to the site Jonathan.  Welcome to the smoking hobby as well.  You will find plenty of helpful folks and lots of inspiration for smoking projects here.

You might do a search for in the search bar at the top of the page for whatever cut of beef appeals to you.  The search function works pretty well and should get you a good bit of reading material.

Post up some pictures of your smokes when you get a chance.
