Ground, mixed and tested. SWMBO decided it needed some SPOG and more pepper flakes. Now sitting in the fridge waiting to link tomorrow, but may have to stuff tonight because she keeps making " test patties" and there might be nothing left to stuff! LOL!

Here's roughly half of the mix stuffed. We'll do the rest tomorrow. I know, they ain't pretty, but they're all mine (I kept having to tell the woman to slow down on the crank LOL!).
Thanks to everyone for tips and help. :-)

You might want to start looking for professional help now.... as I understand it ... it's VERY hard to overcome an addiction by yourself....

Thanks, Boykjo. It's definitely a learning experience ( learning what not to do next tme, etc!) The Mrs. is into it, which is a plus. She's already talking about Kielbasa! I'll be checking that link. Maybe I can find out why they tie the casings in a knot in those home packs!
And thanks for the points [emoji]128522[/emoji]
