I am new to the forum, however I have been using Jeff's Rub and Sauce for several years.  I was not aware of this forum, but hope to find more help with my smoker.  I live in California currently, but originally from Indiana, and then moved to Florida. I have moved my Smoker every time.  My smoker was a Christmas gift from my wife, it is a Master Forge Propane purchased from Lowes.  I have smoked lots of pork and chicken, but hope this Thanksgiving to attempt a turkey and ham.  I am researching both currently and hope to have the best ever.   I just finished a tremendous tasting brisket and won raves from my son's in-laws.   Used Jeff's Rub and followed his directions about wrapping in foil and loved the flavor.

I suggested we try the stuffed cranberry turkey breast, but my wife is a little apprehensive of dressing in turkey.  I may try turkey without the dressing first then move on to the stuffing.

Thanks to all who are on this Forum and have ideas which help all smoked food lovers.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe
