Hey just joined here after looking at your awesome Sausage Sub Forum.  Just picked up a big 1.5 hp grinder with all the fixens to get going on some sausage.

 

A little background,  grew up in Phoenix and move out here to Salt Lake for work when i picked up a new hobby. SMOKING MEAT. Ive since bought 2 Kamado Joe "Big Joes"and a small electric smoker, gas grill, and also dabble in a little dutchoven.  I really Enjoy cooking for large groups and am now in the process of building a small smoker trailer for parties, tailgating and such.

 

 

 Im looking forward to lurking for a while, then contributing when I have some valuable information to add.
