It was a super day here, and the food was good too. That's an onion with butter, salt, pepper and garlic in the foil, it was real good. 2.5 hours around 225 then 300 last 15 or so minutes. Next time on this unit I'll go for hotter and faster. The meat was good but I like a little crust on something like this. Over all pleased with the smokers performance.
