2nd Time I've Smoked some Beef Short Ribs and they came out FANTASTIC. For the Boneless ones The Buthcer Cut me some Beef Shoulder to Size and I smoked everything exactly the same Prep and Exactly the Same Time/Temp. I used Hickory Wood Chips and my Masterbuilt M7P with Propane. 1.5 hrs Bone Side down (or on the first side for the boneless) and 45 Mins on the other side. 10 Mins a Side with a Mop to finish. DELICIOUS. MEAT CANDY BABY!

Sorta like Pork Ribs... Seasoned Salt. Yellow Mustard. BBQ Rub. Brown Sugar. Put in fridge while you prep your smoker. Bone side down 1.5 hours. Bone Side Up 45 Mins. If you're going to sauce them. Do so after that about 10-15 mins a side. Follow that and you cant go wrong. I'd use a temp of about 225-250.
