Thanks for the replies old dog still learning new tricks just never heard it called search engine before hell when I think of an engine its in my truck or car. DUH This is what so great about this site everyone willing to help you no matter how dumb you may appear to be. My computer experience has been self taught. tc There are a few post on making Pastrami from scratch,check a few more.Never heard of pipikaula

that looks really nice., you just cant beat it when you start from scratch...the others that commented were right when they said you will never go back to store bought again.,even for the corned beef. I regret not finding this hobby earlier in life.
