Looking at possibly purchasing a Bradley digital smokehouse and I was wondering if anyone has one and how accurate the digital temperature read out is vs the actual temperature inside the smokehouse? Any help, advice or comments would be greatly appreciated!

I don't own one but did a lot of research when looking to purchase my first Electric Smoker. Bradley's have a strong following over all. The biggest down side is the PUCKS. It is my understanding that the system dumps them every 20 minutes. If you like a full flavored smoke on meat, a 12 hour Butt will get expensive. Not a fan of having to buy a proprietary product from a single source. It seems not uncommon for some Bradley guys to just use it for heat and add another system, AMNP/TS, Smoke Daddy, to generate the smoke. Masterbuilt and Smokin-it are in the same price range and are more popular with the SMF crowd. Or at least they post more......JJ
