Good evening to all. I'm Simon from eastern Washington State. I have several grills right now. My baby is a Vermont Castings Signature 5 burner. I also have a Brinkmann grill and a Kingsford basic charcoal grill. I also have a Big Chief.
I'm thinking about turning my Brinkmann into a cold smoker. Right now my new project is making my own fridge smoker. I like the uniqueness of it and the look. It's still early in the tear down and I'm debating on how I'm gonna heat it. Double hot plates?, one of those pellet pro hoppers, a Bradley smoke generator?. I'm still not sure at this time. I'm looking for other options.
I'm a bow hunter and shore angler so I like to smoke venison, make jerky and smoke trout and sm bass. The Fridge is a mostly metal Frigidaire Cold Wall.

Thank you. I forgot to mention my location. I'm west of Spokane. North of Wilbur called Keller Ferry. I'm a hop, skip away from Lake Roosevelt and the Colville Rez.
