I just purchased a new Camp Chef SmokePro LUX and I want to move beyond newbie. I usually smoke on my Weber gas grill using aluminum grease pans filled with chips and an A-MAZE-N smoke tube. I also use a Masterbuilt and a Big Chief electric smoker but, I usually only use them for fish and jerky
I am planning on breaking in my new smoker tomorrow with a pork butt. Hopefully, I will have some pictures to share.
