Has anyone here done Beercan Chicken on an offset smoker I've always done mine on a bullet style smoker.  I have to do more than will fit on my bullet smoker and I am just wondering if they cook differently, and if there is any tricks.  Thanks in advance

Little bit longer to cook , depending on your temp and smoker but it sure does taste good !

i did notice that the can i used , i should have put more liquid in for the longer time in the smoker . also i brushed it with melted butter just before i took it off and that helped crisp the skin .

Happy smoking

Thanks

I love doing them on my bullet i won my wife's heart with one.  Wasn't sure if the smoke and heat coming across instead of from below would effect the turn out.  I will definitely try the butter.  I will also shoot to post some Q View this weekend.

Thanks
