Howdy all from Wichita Falls, Texas

Howdy to all ya'll. My name is Barry, but everybody calls me Bear. I've been Qing since 1980. Did competition for about 20 years, mostly locally. Still do a select few comp's.Got too expensive an I got too dang old. My wife of almost 50 years is about ready to kick me out of the house cause of my cooking equipment, but I think she likes all the good grub. I've got a trailer mounted smoker, XL Big Green Egg, Large Vision Grilles BGE, Smaller Komado Joe BGE. 2 Weber dome cookers. A Masterbuilt electric smoker an just bought the new Smoke Hollow 44" propane smoker, along with some smaller homemade grills. I modified the stack on the Smoke Hollow and luv it. I'm sure I'll enjoy this forum an will learn a lot an hope I might be able to pass along some good advise I've learned over the years.
