My name is sly from new braunfels tx I've been smoking meat for about three years but I don't know it all and never will I'm here to learn from you guys the tricks of smoking meat and keeping it good thx!

My new smoker and it does the trick. I've used it twice and was very successful. Looking foward to hearing alot about smoking meat
