Hey all, first time posting to this site but use it all the time for advice. Ran into a problem when I recently had a hog butchered at a new place, they cut the shoulder roasts all into 2 - 2.5lb pieces. I didnt specify when I called as I assumed they would be left in the bigger roasts. My question is can these small roasts be smoked for pulled pork? Never smoked a butt this small not sure it would turn out right. I always brine then rub all my bigger shoulders. Any info or other suggestions how to cook would be greatly appreciated
