I am new to smoking meats.  I have Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker.  I am still learning, but my main concern right now is how to hold meat over so it will taste as fresh as coming directly from the smoker.  I read that cry-0-vacs or some type of food saver is the way to go.  I need to know what is the best to buy.  Also, are the hand models any good.  I want the type of bags I can place in hot water.  As you can tell, I know nothing about storing meat for 1 day or for a longer period of time  to preserve the freshness.  I smoked a beer can chicken and it was delicious when first removed from the smoker, but the next day it was not as moist.  Thank you for any help you can give me.
