I just joined this group and I am new to smoking food. I started smoking with a Brinkmann electric smoker about 4 months ago. I recently got a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. So far I've smoked a brisket, spare ribs, pork butt, and chicken thighs. I've only smoked once in the Masterbuilt (chicken). I'm hoping to share some good smoking enthusiasm, recipes, and smoking successes here.
