Thanks it was tasty! The best thing about a tri tip is when you are cooking for two it's the gift that just keeps giving tonight's dinner steak and eggs but I added some fried onions to bad were out of shrooms.

That does certainly look wonderful! I haven't been able to find tri-tips anywhere around here, let alone find them on sale! Guess I'll have to expand my search ;-)

I feel your pain we never seen them around here until recently! Maybe you can make or have a friend in the food business that could help you out.. Thanks for the point!
