Hello everyone. I am Arnold Arrowood from Wausau Wisconsin. I am a machinist during the day, husband and father 24/7. I grew up around loggers in my family and wood has been a time honored tradition since. The smell and deal of wood, flames and the taste all bring memories. Old and new. I built a reverse flow offset last year with a 80 gallon fuel oil tank and a forced air wood stove.( After reading Jeff's book Smoking Meat) But it is to big to move around. I have heard about this site in the book but also a friend mentioned it just after I got the book and here I am finally. Now I am making a double wood stove smoker. The forced air on top and a boxwood underneath. Any suggestions?
