My name is JT from Western North Carolina. I have grilled the majority of my life, but in the past year getting into smoking meats. I have an electric smoker and have enjoyed thus far items such as pork ribs and roast, and one of my favorites deer tenderloin.
I found this site by looking around for ways to smoke my new venture.............a raw/green ham. I will post another thread for help with that.
