Hi all, I am currently doing another smoke while at work.Thumbs Up

We picked up two full pork loins yesterday at Sams.

Sorry, they were on sale but I forgot to remember the price.

I cut each loin in half, rubbed all 4 pieces down, and put in the reefer yesterday.

Today, pre heat the mes to 225 and got the 5x8 amazen lit up.

Put the meat on at 10:30am, and here is where we are:

Thanks for the look! Will be updating in a few hours.

I wish I worked close to home so I could smoke during the weekdays, too.

Here is the finished product.

ONE downfall with smoking at work is you may get caught up doing other things.....

Loins went a bit farther then I intended. 155-160 IT

Still juicy and tender.

Thanks for the look everyone!!

Thanks OldSchool! It is nice. I work for a small family company. Very laid back.

We work hard and play hard!

Sigh, since I retired, it is harder to get time off to smoke. She Who Must Be Obeyed is a tough boss!

Looks great! I am still incredibly envious that you can smoke at work. I teach in an elementary school. Maybe I can teach the lunch ladies how to smoke haha

Thanks @worktogthr !

When I was in school, we had home ec.

We learned how to cook basic items and sew stuff. th_dunno-1[1].gif

Maybe you could teach them how to smoke meat, maybe cure some sausage....
