Picked up some apple chicken sausage at Giant , threw it on smoker at 250 with Apple wood. Smoked for 2 hrs, it cooked fast and was delicious, temp was 180 when I pulled it because I didn't expect it to cook so fast
I poured fruit juice on it and let it rest for a while before eating and the casing softened back up, I love that Apple chicken sausage !
