Not really much to say, used Trader Joes charcoal to grill with.

Steak done perfect for us.

I like steak!drool.gif
For a tasty cheap Mac and cheese try Kraft jalapeño stick to the cheap box it's much better than the deluxe and the flavor is great!

Steak looks awesome!  I love using the smokey joe when its just a couple of steaks!  For some reason I have to light newspaper in my chimney starter 2-3 times to get my Trader Joe's coals to ignite.  Have you experienced this?

That steak looks delicious, Adam...nicely done!  Thumbs Up

Gary

Thanks Gary. I would rather cook steak like this than smoke them.

Sure I have a Smokey Joe!!

I just used it when my Porch was being upgraded.

I use it now & then for Burgers or Steaks, but not often because I don't get around good enough to get it set up & put away. (up & down steps carrying a bunch of things)

I used to use it a lot, but never made a Mini out of it. (Love my MES)

Nice , Adam ! I love Grilled Steak . I need to dispose of my crappy gasser and get a good grill (prefferably a Weber . . .icon_eek.gif).
