Trying breasts in this MES for the first time today. In fact, they went in about 20 minutes ago along with some beans & pork neck bones (covered in another thread). I've done wings a few times with success so now I wanted to try breasts. And these are some good-sized ones. I put my chicken rub to them this morning, buttermilk-brined them for a couple more in the late morning til about noon & put them in a little while ago after bacon-wrapping, which I've never attempted before. But they're in now & I have a few pics to share.

They're in & I plan on saucing them with some BBG Championship Red sauce prior to removing from the smoker. I can only hope they're even CLOSE to as good as the wings have been. We'll see soon enough.
