Looking good so far,,, So what kind of insurance do you need for an outdoor kitchen??? Because it is connected to the house or what??

So when you get done what are you figuring you will have in this for a cost if you don't mind me askin..

What ever the cost it will be a dandy!!! and well worth every penny I'm sure

No extra insurance needed...no different than having a grill in your backyard or a firepit...just a little fancier...I probably have about $10k into it for everything...haven't added it up, too scary to think about...it all adds up in a hurry...next project is building a cover for it....

Progress looks awesome! Can't wait to see how it turns out. Sorry to hear about the storm delays. I hear you about the quiet though. My area lost power for about ten days in spring. Neighborhood came alive like never before with BBQs going for breakfast and diner, people laughing and talking out front after work, and kids playing till sunset. Once it was dark generators kept fridges or freezers going, but most people were asleep before 9 and up at a$$ crack of dawn. When it was over Most agreed that every 6 months we should loose power for 5 days to reconnect. Anyway....good luck with insurance! Enjoy the time off the grid!

First of all I have to say this to you.. Your progress is looking great.. I just love outdoor kitchen. It is the perfect way to entertain our small bakyard. Your ideas were great. Hope your outdoor kitchen looks great at the end. You can also try lightings in outdoor space , pool as referred in http://infinitygardens.ca/blog/8-ideas-for-an-outdoor-kitchen/ . When I planned for constructing an outdoor kitchen, I got many ideas from online articles. These gave my outdoor kitchen a visual retreat.. Hope you find it useful too..
