Made mods as recommended here as i was assembling using high heat food grade rtv and nomex tape. No leaks.
Have had 2 successful cooks filling all cooking racks both times. I primarily use wood for fuel.
Monitor food and cooking chamber with a Maverick.
I babysat smoker all day adjusting intake and exhaust, adding wood, or placing a fan pointing at intake on firebox.
I need help and/or input on a temp controller. Will the BBQ Guru Party Q supply enough airflow for this smoker?
