I've been lurking around here for about a year so figured it was time to join up. I've smoking for about a dozen years now. Started on a basic weber kettle, moved on to a chargriller smoker with side firebox and just recently built a reverse flow smoker (which is how I found this site). Up until now, I've mostly done the basics (brisket, ribs, shoulder, etc...), but I'm looking to expand a bit now a the new smoker has provided much more flexibility and functionality (first try at bacon in process now).
